This course is designed to give pilots looking for their first job in aviation at Ryanair the best chance of passing the interview and assessment. All our instructors are currently working in Ryanair and know the system intricately.

This course includes 5 hours with our attentive instructors. This is usually divided as four hours in the simulator practicing different drills and one hour of theoretical guidance on how to conduct the interview. We recognise that different cadets have different needs and we offer flexibility here to have all five hours in the simulator if they choose.

The course has a duration of two days, with sessions of two and a half hours each.
